Please upload any two of the following documents (if you entered a valid website above, you only need to submit one document below):
- Valid business license verifying your interior design or professional business
- Letter from IRS with Employee Identification Number (EIN)
- Seller’s Permit or Resale Certificate
- Valid proof of membership in a national industry organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
- Valid interior design accreditation/certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
Sales Tax Exemption
For designers who purchase merchandise for resale and wish to be tax exempt, we require a Resale Certificate to be kept on file. Please submit the certificate issued by your state for your business and select the option on our form to be tax exempt.
